(Euronext: KING) announces that Karl Buiks has resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with immediate effect, for personal reasons.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">The Board respects his decision and wishes him well.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Outgoing CEO Vincent Erenst has agreed to postpone his retirement and will continue to lead the Company for an additional year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Jeroen Scheelbeek, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, commented: \u201cOn behalf of the Supervisory Board, I would like to thank Vincent for agreeing to continue in his role for the coming 12 months. This ensures continuity in the Company\u2019s leadership and operations during this period.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">The Company convened an Extraordinary General Meeting for Tuesday December 23, 2025 (<b>EGM<\/b>). Following Mr Buiks&#8217; resignation, as described above, there is no longer a need to hold the EGM.
