(das \"Unternehmen\"; \"Kingfish\"; OSE: KING), ein Pionier und Marktf\u00fchrer in der nachhaltigen landgest\u00fctzten Produktion von Gelbschwanz-K\u00f6nigfisch, freut sich, einen gerichtlichen Sieg in Maine bekannt zu geben, der die staatlichen Genehmigungen f\u00fcr den Kingfish-Standort Maine best\u00e4tigt.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Der Oberste Gerichtshof des Bundesstaates hat die j\u00fcngste Berufung von Gegnern der von Kingfish Maine beantragten kombinierten Genehmigung nach dem Standortentwicklungsgesetz (SLODA) und dem Gesetz zum Schutz nat\u00fcrlicher Ressourcen (NRPA) zur\u00fcckgewiesen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">Die Genehmigung f\u00fcr die Anlage in Maine wurde vom Maine Department of Environmental Protection urspr\u00fcnglich f\u00fcr das Jahr 2021 erteilt.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Die Oppositionsgruppen legten zweimal Berufung gegen die Genehmigungsentscheidung ein - zun\u00e4chst bei der Umweltschutzbeh\u00f6rde von Maine und dann beim Obersten Gerichtshof von Maine. Beide Einspr\u00fcche wurden abgelehnt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">In der j\u00fcngsten Gerichtsentscheidung wies der Supreme Judicial Court von Maine die Berufung der Gegenseite gegen die Entscheidung des Maine Superior Court zur\u00fcck und best\u00e4tigte die urspr\u00fcngliche Entscheidung des Maine Bureau of Environmental Protection.
