Seine Ernennung sowie die Wiederernennung von Jordi Trias Fita und Hans den Bieman in den Aufsichtsrat werden auf der Hauptversammlung am 4. Juni 2025 vorgeschlagen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Xavier Govare ist eine erfahrene F\u00fchrungskraft mit mehr als drei Jahrzehnten Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie, darunter 15 Jahre als Vorsitzender und CEO von Labeyrie Fine Foods. W\u00e4hrend seiner Amtszeit verwandelte er das Unternehmen in eine f\u00fchrende internationale Lebensmittelgruppe, steigerte den Umsatz von 30 Millionen Euro auf 1,1 Milliarden Euro und schloss mehrere strategische \u00dcbernahmen ab. Herr Govare ist bekannt f\u00fcr seinen strategischen Weitblick, sein Fachwissen in den Bereichen Marketing, Markenentwicklung sowie Finanz- und Betriebsmanagement. Er verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber umfassende Erfahrung in der Leitung von Industrieunternehmen in ganz Europa und in der Steuerung komplexer Aktion\u00e4rsstrukturen, einschlie\u00dflich b\u00f6rsennotierter Unternehmen, LBOs und privater Eigent\u00fcmer. Gegenw\u00e4rtig ist er in den Vorst\u00e4nden mehrerer Organisationen in der Agrar- und Ern\u00e4hrungswirtschaft sowie im Verpackungssektor t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Zus\u00e4tzlich zu diesen \u00c4nderungen steht das Mandat von Michel de Rovira als Mitglied und Vorsitzender des Nominierungsausschusses auf der kommenden Generalversammlung zur Erneuerung an. Der Nominierungsausschuss hat Charles Francois als neues Mitglied und Vorsitzenden nominiert. Seine Ernennung wird auf der Hauptversammlung am 4. Juni 2025 vorgeschlagen werden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\">Charles Fran\u00e7ois ist ein Investmentprofi mit \u00fcber 15 Jahren internationaler Erfahrung in den Bereichen Private Equity, Unternehmensstrategie und M&amp;A. Derzeit ist er als Investment Director bei Creadev t\u00e4tig und leitet Initiativen innerhalb der Aquakultur-Plattform und der Lebensmittelindustrie im weiteren Sinne. Zuvor hatte er wichtige F\u00fchrungspositionen bei Roquette inne, darunter M&amp;A und Strategie f\u00fcr Nordamerika sowie Produktlinienmanagement f\u00fcr die Region Asien-Pazifik, wo er das Wachstum durch strategische Investitionen und funktions\u00fcbergreifende Planung vorantrieb. Durch seine Zeit bei Turenne Capital und FCDE verf\u00fcgt er \u00fcber fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Private Equity sowie \u00fcber ein solides Fundament im Bereich Leveraged Finance bei GE Capital.
