(la \"Compa\u00f1\u00eda\"; \"Kingfish\"; OSE: KING) ha anunciado hoy que Alexandre van der Wees dejar\u00e1 su cargo en el Consejo de Supervisi\u00f3n tras la Junta General Anual (JGA) de 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">El Comit\u00e9 de Nombramientos ha propuesto a Xavier Govare como nuevo miembro. Su nombramiento, junto con los de Jordi Trias Fita y Hans den Bieman, se propondr\u00e1 en la Junta General de Accionistas del 4 de junio de 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Xavier Govare es un experimentado ejecutivo con m\u00e1s de tres d\u00e9cadas de experiencia en la industria alimentaria, incluidos 15 a\u00f1os como Presidente y Consejero Delegado de Labeyrie Fine Foods. Durante su mandato, transform\u00f3 la empresa en un grupo alimentario internacional l\u00edder, aumentando los ingresos de 30 millones de euros a 1.100 millones de euros y completando m\u00faltiples adquisiciones estrat\u00e9gicas.
