(Euronext Growth Oslo: KING) (the “Company<\/b>” or “Kingfish<\/b>“) on 19 August 2026 regarding the registration and publication of a national prospectus (the “Prospectus<\/b>“), and the launch of a subsequent offering of up to 74,766,355 new ordinary shares in the Company, each with a nominal value of EUR\u00a0<\/span>0.01 (the “Offer Shares<\/b>“), at a fixed subscription price of NOK\u00a00.60402 per Offer Share (the “Subsequent Offering<\/b>“).<\/p>\n

The subscription period in the Subsequent Offering starts today, 20 August 2026, at 09:00 CEST and expires on 3\u00a0September 2026 at 16:30 CEST (the “Subscription Period<\/b>“) (subject to any extension).<\/p>\n

Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before the expiry of the Subscription Period will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.<\/p>\n
