(la \"soci\u00e9t\u00e9\" ; \"Kingfish\" ; OSE : KING) a annonc\u00e9 aujourd'hui qu'Alexandre van der Wees quittera son poste au conseil de surveillance \u00e0 l'issue de l'assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle (AGA) de 2025.<\/p>\n

Le comit\u00e9 de nomination a propos\u00e9 la candidature de Xavier Govare en tant que nouveau membre. Sa nomination, ainsi que le renouvellement des mandats de Jordi Trias Fita et de Hans den Bieman au conseil de surveillance, seront propos\u00e9s \u00e0 l'assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du 4 juin 2025.<\/p>\n

Xavier Govare est un dirigeant chevronn\u00e9 qui poss\u00e8de plus de trente ans d'exp\u00e9rience dans l'industrie alimentaire, dont quinze ans en tant que pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Labeyrie Fine Foods. Au cours de son mandat, il a transform\u00e9 l'entreprise en un groupe alimentaire international de premier plan, faisant passer son chiffre d'affaires de 30 millions d'euros \u00e0 1,1 milliard d'euros et r\u00e9alisant de nombreuses acquisitions strat\u00e9giques. M. Govare est r\u00e9put\u00e9 pour sa vision strat\u00e9gique, son expertise en mati\u00e8re de marketing, de d\u00e9veloppement de marques et de gestion financi\u00e8re et op\u00e9rationnelle. Il a une grande exp\u00e9rience de la gestion d'op\u00e9rations industrielles dans toute l'Europe et de la gestion de structures d'actionnariat complexes, y compris de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s cot\u00e9es en bourse, de LBO et d'entreprises priv\u00e9es. Il si\u00e8ge actuellement au conseil d'administration de plusieurs organisations dans les secteurs de l'agroalimentaire et de l'emballage.<\/p>\n

Outre ces changements, le mandat de Michel de Rovira en tant que membre et pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 de nomination doit \u00eatre renouvel\u00e9 lors de la prochaine assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Le Comit\u00e9 de nomination a propos\u00e9 la candidature de Charles Fran\u00e7ois comme nouveau membre et pr\u00e9sident. Sa nomination sera propos\u00e9e \u00e0 l'assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du 4 juin 2025.<\/p>\n

Charles Fran\u00e7ois est un professionnel de l'investissement avec plus de 15 ans d'exp\u00e9rience internationale dans le domaine du capital-investissement, de la strat\u00e9gie d'entreprise et des fusions-acquisitions. Il est actuellement directeur des investissements chez Creadev, o\u00f9 il dirige des initiatives dans le domaine de l'aquaculture et de l'industrie alimentaire au sens large. Auparavant, il a occup\u00e9 des postes de direction cl\u00e9s chez Roquette, notamment dans les domaines des fusions et acquisitions et de la strat\u00e9gie pour l'Am\u00e9rique du Nord, ainsi que de la gestion des gammes de produits pour la r\u00e9gion Asie-Pacifique, en stimulant la croissance par des investissements strat\u00e9giques et une planification interfonctionnelle. M. Fran\u00e7ois apporte \u00e9galement une expertise approfondie en mati\u00e8re de capital-investissement, acquise chez Turenne Capital et FCDE, ainsi qu'une base solide en mati\u00e8re de financement \u00e0 effet de levier, acquise chez GE Capital. Il est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de l'EM Lyon Business School et a suivi une formation ex\u00e9cutive \u00e0 la Harvard Business School.<\/p>\n
