(la \"Soci\u00e9t\u00e9\" ; \"Kingfish\" ; OSE : KING), pionnier et leader de la production terrestre durable de limande \u00e0 queue jaune, publie sa mise \u00e0 jour commerciale pour le quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2024.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\">Au premier trimestre 2025, nous avons enregistr\u00e9 une croissance significative des volumes vendus, augmentant de 41% pour atteindre 578 tonnes contre 410 tonnes au T1 2024. Le chiffre d'affaires total pour le premier trimestre 2025 a atteint 7,5 millions d'euros, soit une augmentation de 27% par rapport \u00e0 5,9 millions d'euros au premier trimestre 2024. Cette augmentation substantielle refl\u00e8te nos efforts continus pour \u00e9tendre la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de Kingfish sur nos march\u00e9s cl\u00e9s et r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande croissante. Le revenu par kilogramme a diminu\u00e9 de 10% \u00e0 12,9\u20ac\/kg contre 14,4\u20ac\/kg \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Cette baisse du revenu par kilogramme est due aux mesures tactiques de fixation des prix mises en \u0153uvre pour r\u00e9duire rapidement la biomasse sur pied dans l'exploitation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p11\">Nous avons ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 et achev\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s notre plan de r\u00e9duction de la biomasse au premier trimestre 2025, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une combinaison de ventes de produits frais et d'un programme \u00e9tendu de produits congel\u00e9s. Cette initiative s'est concentr\u00e9e sur la r\u00e9duction de la biomasse de petits poissons afin d'am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle globale.
