Kats, Paesi Bassi - 12 agosto 2025 -The Kingfish Company (Euronext: KING) ha annunciato oggi che l'amministratore delegato Vincent Erenst ha deciso di ritirarsi e lascerà la sua posizione alla fine del 2025.
Da quando è stato nominato CEO nel 2023, Erenst ha guidato una fase di espansione significativa, affermando The Kingfish Company come leader indiscusso nella tecnologia RAS e nella produzione sostenibile di pesce ricciola, e conquistando la leadership di mercato in tutte le principali regioni in cui opera.
"Dopo tre anni alla guida di The Kingfish Company, ritengo che sia giunto il momento di passare il testimone a una nuova leadership", ha dichiarato Vincent Erenst. "È stato un privilegio lavorare al fianco di un team così talentuoso e dedicato, e sono certo che l'azienda sia ben posizionata per un continuo successo".
Il Consiglio di amministrazione ha avviato un processo di ricerca di un nuovo CEO e si impegna a garantire una transizione senza intoppi.
