(Euronext: KING) comunica che Karl Buiks ha dimesso le proprie funzioni di Amministratore Delegato della Societ\u00e0, con effetto immediato, per motivi personali.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Il Consiglio di Amministrazione rispetta la sua decisione e gli augura il meglio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Il CEO in uscita Vincent Erenst ha accettato di rinviare il suo pensionamento e continuer\u00e0 a guidare la societ\u00e0 per un altro anno.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Jeroen Scheelbeek, Presidente del Consiglio di Sorveglianza, ha commentato: \u201cA nome del Consiglio di Sorveglianza desidero ringraziare Vincent per il suo accordo di continuare nel suo ruolo per i prossimi 12 mesi.
