    • <\/span>Zest of 1 lemon<\/li>\n
    • <\/span>Freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Potato Salad<\/b><\/p>\n

      • <\/span>800 g baby potatoes<\/li>\n
      • <\/span>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n
      • <\/span>1 red onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n
      • <\/span>2 tbsp chives, finely chopped<\/li>\n
      • <\/span>2 tbsp dill, finely chopped<\/li>\n
      • <\/span>Juice and zest of \u00bd lemon<\/li>\n
      • <\/span>2 tbsp sour cream<\/li>\n
      • <\/span>2 tbsp mayonnaise<\/li>\n
      • <\/span>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            1. Marinate the kingfish for 15 minutes with the olive oil, white soy sauce, lemon zest and pepper.<\/li>\n
            2. Smoke indirectly at 120\u2013130\u00b0C until the core temperature reaches 45\u201348\u00b0C, then flake the fish immediately.<\/li>\n
            3. Cook the baby potatoes until tender and halve them. Mix with the remaining ingredients for the salad.<\/li>\n
            4. Spread the potato salad over a serving dish, place the kingfish on top and finish with herbs, radishes and olive oil.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
