(la \"Societ\u00e0\"; \"Kingfish\"; OSE: KING), pioniere e leader nella produzione terrestre sostenibile di pesce ricciola, \u00e8 lieta di annunciare la vittoria di un tribunale del Maine che ha confermato i permessi statali per il sito Kingfish Maine.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>La Corte Suprema dello Stato ha respinto l'ultimo appello degli oppositori del permesso di Kingfish Maine per la localizzazione del sito di sviluppo (SLODA) e per la protezione delle risorse naturali (NRPA).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">L'autorizzazione per l'impianto del Maine \u00e8 stata rilasciata inizialmente dal Maine Department of Environmental Protection nel 2021.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I gruppi di opposizione hanno presentato due ricorsi contro la decisione di autorizzazione, prima al Consiglio per la protezione dell'ambiente del Maine e poi alla Corte Superiore del Maine. Entrambi i ricorsi sono stati respinti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">In quest'ultima decisione giudiziaria, la Corte Suprema del Maine ha respinto l'appello dell'avversario contro la decisione della Corte Superiore del Maine, confermando la decisione originale del Maine Bureau of Environmental Protection. Gli oppositori hanno presentato molteplici ricorsi contro le autorizzazioni dello Stato e della commissione locale per la pianificazione nell'arco di tre anni, ritardando gravemente il processo di progettazione e costruzione.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">\"La nostra tempistica di costruzione dell'impianto di Jonesport \u00e8 stata, purtroppo, significativamente ritardata di diversi anni a causa dei molteplici ricorsi presentati dagli oppositori. Ora, con i ricorsi alle spalle, la tempistica del progetto sar\u00e0 determinata dalle attuali condizioni economiche e finanziarie, che stiamo valutando in questo momento\".<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">\"\u00c8 una vittoria per il Maine e per gli Stati Uniti per quanto riguarda la produzione di frutti di mare\", ha dichiarato Erenst.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">\"Attualmente, gli Stati Uniti importano pi\u00f9 di 85% di tutti i prodotti ittici. Lo stabilimento della Kingfish Company nel Maine affronter\u00e0 in modo specifico la dipendenza degli Stati Uniti dalle importazioni di fonti alimentari ricche di proteine.
