The Nomination Committee will initiate a search process to identify a suitable successor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Jeroen Scheelbeek, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, commented: \u201cOn behalf of the Supervisory Board, I would like to sincerely thank Jordi for his exceptional contribution over the past three years. His expertise, strategic insight and wise judgement have been invaluable to Kingfish and have supported the Company\u2019s growth and development during an important phase of its journey. His perspective and experience will be greatly missed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Mr Trias added: \u201cI have greatly enjoyed my three years on the Supervisory Board of The Kingfish Company and am proud of the progress the Company has made during this period.
