(Euronext Growth Oslo: KING) (de \u201c<b>Company<\/b>\u201dof\u201c<b>Kingfish<\/b>\u201c) eerder vandaag, 26 juni 2026, over de besluiten van de Raad van Commissarissen om 392.523.365 nieuwe gewone aandelen uit te geven in verband met een private placement (de \u201c<b>Offer Shares<\/b>\u201c) en 362.673.672 nieuwe gewone aandelen in verband met de omzetting van alle openstaande verplichtingen (inclusief opgebouwde en onbetaalde rente) krachtens de converteerbare leningovereenkomst van de Vennootschap (de \u201c<b>CLA-conversie<\/b>\u201c).<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\">De uitbreiding van het aandelenkapitaal in verband met de uitgiften van de Aanbiedingsaandelen en de Omzettingaandelen is vandaag uitgevoerd door middel van een privaat akkoord met onmiddellijke rechtsgevolg en zal worden ingediend bij het Nederlandse Handelsregister.<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\">Het nieuwe aandelenkapitaal van het bedrijf bedraagt EUR 8.978.910.84, verdeeld over 897.891.084 gewone aandelen, elk met een nominale waarde van EUR 0,01.<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De uitbreiding van het aandelenkapitaal voor de Aanbiedingsaandelen en de Omzettingaandelen werd uitgevoerd door middel van een privaat akkoord met onmiddellijke rechtsgevolg.
