Is your fish safe to eat raw?
Our processing plant is BRC certified and we have ASC, FoS and BAP Chain of Custody. We guarantee quality and cold chain from processing plant to retailer, but advise consumers to only eat raw fish when prepared by a qualified chef if the cold chain was not compromised.
Is your fish fresh or frozen?
We sell both fresh and frozen whole fish, fillets, and portions. Frozen fish should be placed in the fridge to thaw if being consumed at home. Please consume within two days of thawing.
Does your fish contain any allergens?

However, our fish does not share processing lines with any other allergens like shellfish or nuts.
Is your fish healthy?

Fish is a fantastic source of high-quality protein and heart-healthy omega 3 fatty acids. Raising fish in a well managed environment means no contaminants. Our fish can be enjoyed regulary as part of a healthy diet.
