Roasted yellowtail with fresh marinade

Ingredients
- 1 yellowtail
- 60 ml lime juice
- 1 extra lime for garnish
- 40 ml soy sauce
- 30 grams of freshly chopped parsley
- 30 grams of chopped ginger
- 50 ml olive oil
- Coarse sea salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 240°C.
Mix the lime juice, soy sauce, parsley, ginger, and olive oil in a bowl.
Add pepper and sea salt to taste.
Divide the marinade over the fish, don’t forget to include the inside.
Roast the fish in the oven for 15 minutes.
Use some lime zest to garnish when the fish is ready.
Serve a delicious Burgundian dish on a large plank in the middle of the table.
Serve with rice or oven fries if desired.
